Location: 2136 Kains Road, Units 6 & 7, London, Ontario.

Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Nail Technician who is confident performing both manicures and pedicures in a high-end salon environment. This is a six (6) day per week, revenue-sharing position with strong walk-in traffic and client demand.

Candidates must be comfortable servicing both male and female clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional manicures and pedicures
• Nail shaping, cuticle care, polish, gel, and basic nail enhancements
• Provide services to both male and female clients
• Maintain clean, sterile tools and workstations
• Recommend nail care products and services
• Build a loyal repeat client base
• Maintain punctuality and a consistent schedule

Qualifications

• Licensed/Certified Nail Technician
• Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and hygiene
• Excellent customer service skills
• Comfortable in a luxury, fast-paced salon
• Ability to work independently under a revenue-sharing model

Compensation Model

• Negotiable Revenue Sharing (percentage-based on services performed)
• High income potential based on volume and repeat clients
