Location: 2136 Kains Road, Units 6 & 7, London, Ontario.

Position Overview

Tress Lounge Canada is seeking a skilled and professional Esthetician to join our growing luxury salon team. This is a performance-based role with revenue sharing, ideal for estheticians who are confident, client-focused, and ready to build strong earnings in a high-traffic environment.

This position requires availability for six (6) days per week and comfort providing services to both male and female clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform facials, waxing, threading, and skincare treatments
• Provide services to both male and female clients comfortably and professionally
• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization standards
• Recommend and upsell retail skincare products
• Build and maintain a loyal client base
• Manage appointments efficiently and maintain punctuality
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques

Qualifications

• Certified Esthetician
• Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience preferred
• Strong client service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, luxury salon environment
• Ability to work independently under a revenue-sharing structure

Compensation Model

• Negotiable Revenue Sharing (percentage-based on services performed)
• High earning potential based on service volume and repeat clientele
